Our Story.
When entering the traditional executive search industry almost two decades ago I quickly realized that the services this highly professional part of the recruitment industry was offering were very much needed for its clients. Allowing companies to actively source for the right talent for the job instead of just selecting the best applicant for the job was back then as well as today important for every company’s success. But I also quickly realized that the executive search industry had not changed much over the last 30-40 years - the business model was still the same and the process was not digitalized. Instead of trying to become just another search firm, I decided to build a global leading firm that should be best at what is the core of every search process; the thorough search for candidates and the art of finding the right person for the job!
