Our global network has extended our services beyond our Nordic heritage and despite a pandemic, Aggancio has broken new grounds upon entering APAC, establishing a strategic partnership in Singapore that has offered a handful of new engagements.

Recently we assisted a global investment firm in sourcing and mapping talent from Associate to Partner level in China and Hong Kong. Focusing purely on healthcare investments, our client’s portfolio spans early-stage and growth-stage investments with a commitment to investing from a clinical perspective at the core of their business.

This core value challenges the efforts of recruitment and resourcing as it calls for the demand for employees to hold both a strong business acumen in conjunction with a medical or clinical background. Drawing upon both our existing network in the healthcare space and our proven research methods, Aggancio successfully identified talent of this degree in the Asian market whilst working in collaboration with their Global Chief Talent Officer.
